Hooves & Paws Animal Rescue Volunteer Questionnaire

Thank you for your interest in volunteering with Hooves & Paws Animal Rescue!  We always need help caring for our animals, working around the farm and working in the office.  We do allow volunteers under 18 years old at our sanctuary but minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.  If you are under 18 years old, please have your parent or legal guardian complete the following questionnaire.  We look forward to hearing from you and will get back to you as soon as possible to schedule your first volunteering day!
